In 48 hours during the working days.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time 

The delivery time depends on the country you live in and the shipping method you chose for your order.

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Please contact us if the package does not arrive on time, our customer service will get back to you as soon as possible.

Taxes & Tariffs

Do I need to pay import taxes and duties?

You are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged when your parcel passes through Customs. Within Europe，there is no imported duty. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when the goods you have ordered from us arrive in your country.

We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us. Hybrid Blue cannot give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.

If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us.

How can I find out about my local import tariffs?
